Extremely fast service. Booked at night and had the appointment the next day. Great price also with no hidden extras. Les was professional, kind and friendly, I felt very safe with my kids there too. Plus, we have such an awkward shaped house but that didnt deter Les, instead he saw it as a good challenge!

Our EPC inspection was carried out today by Les.
Booking the appointment was an easy process and was actually carried out the following day from making the booking due to availability.
A confirmation text was received to confirm the appointment and the visit was made promptly on time.
Les explained the process of the visit and was able to clarify the energy rating on completion also including the where to locate the energy certificate on the Gov website.
Bournemouth EPC Service was sent to me as a reccomendation for their reliability,service,reputation and professionalism, all of which were apparent on my experience.
I would certainly reccomend Bournemouth EPC Service.

Having someone you don’t know come into your home can feel a little intimidating, but this experience was the complete opposite from the moment he walked through the door. A great service. Booked online and 2 days later Les was at our property. Les was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process and what he was looking for. A couple of hours later he was done and again he explained where the property was rated and where there potential areas for improvement.

Having reviewed the Governments EPC website for a local registered and certified EPC agent, I contacted Leslie Simmons aka Les via the 'contact us' feature on the Bournemouth EPC Service website.

Firstly the website has a decent looking picture of Les on it so you know who is going to knock at your door; and secondly it also had a valuable text-block of information about him which proved reliable reading. Added together with the image it gave me a sense that this man was trustworthy.

Within a few hours Les had emailed me with all the information I required and we booked a date for the EPC Inspection.

From the moment he arrived (spot on time) he was polite, respectful of my property, told me exactly what to expect and how long it would take him. True to his word he did what he said and gave me some valuable advice along the way at the same time as evaluating the properties 'carbon footprint' and generating the EPC Certification.

All-in-all, this was a positive experience, with a positive outcome all coated with professionalism and old fashioned friendly service that is so needed in todays anaemic culture. I would have no problem highly recommending him personally, or professionally within Bournemouth EPC Service(s). Good man. Top Job. Well Done!

We called Les around 3pm on Monday and he was super helpful over the phone. Managed to get an appointment for next day, which was amazing as we were in a bit of a rush to get the EPC sorted. He was here on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a couple of hours we had the EPC ready and live. Would definitely recommend Les!

Phoned Bournemouth EPC Service at short notice as I had to complete the EPC to rent the flat. A chap called Leas turned up, quick, professional, hassle free, what a great professional. I shall certainly be using these for all my future EPCs, thanks again.
